Zero gravity family fun!

Those things that look like logs in the water were gators. Kennedy space center is on Merritt island in the middle of a wildlife refuge. These two were probably 5 footers and sunning in the same pond

Today we were at KSC on what happened to be the opening of the shuttle Atlantis' permanent display. It was really cool to see. The presentation was amazing and a great tribute to all the scientists and astronauts who have been part of the space program. Max was excited about the angry birds exhibit. 

Started our day with a healthy McDonalds breakfast and made a new friend. This bird did NOT want to get off our car.
