Billy Goat tavern for dinner tonight. Famous cheeseburger joint from the John Belushi skit on SNL. We went because the ratings were excellent. The place is a total dive. Totally worth the walk!

And the L to get back. So if you aren't keeping track at home, we've travelled via car, train, bus, taxi, trolley, boat, subway and the L. Oh, and lots and lots of walking. Loads if fun, but I think we are all pretty tired. Amtrak on the way home tomorrow. Hopefully no bus!

Target has a giant turtle sandbox at taste of Chicago! 

Transportation vacation continues with a subway ride! And now taste of Chicago at grant park. 

Our sweet OCD boy has been trying to clean the streets of Chicago all day. His reward was some bugs bunny ice cream. 

So far today we've visited the rock n roll mcdonald's,  hoisted sail in the tall ship Windy, played 18 holes of putt putt and are currently exploring the Chicago children's museum (it's like the magic house). Do we know how to cram in the fun or what? Oh, and a bird tried to land on Heathers head. Fun times!
